This annual gathering highlights the importance of legumes in sustainable food systems, bringing together farmers, researchers, chefs, and activists to discuss the future of food.
The event featured:

- Workshops and a scientific roundtable on the role of legumes in nutrition and agriculture.
- The fun Fagioliadi, a cooking competition celebrating bean-based recipes.
- A connection with Perciavutti, a traditional festival marking the tasting of new wine.
Legumes are nutritious, soil-enriching, and environmentally friendly, making them key to a resilient and fair food system.
