Webinar : How to increase sale and consumption of Neglected and Underutilized crops (NUCs)
Christina Tønner Lisdorf, a project manager from the Danish think tank Frej that initiated the successful Danish Legume Partnership, share her knowledge and insights on what makes the partnership particularly effective in promoting legume production and consumption in Denmark. The Legume Partnership was created in the belief that if actors across the value chain join together in a committed partnership, they can collectively create a greater movement that leads to action.
The partnership has more than 80 actively engaged partners representing the whole value chain around legumes in Denmark. In the partnership is it actively promoted that each partner set individual and clear goals on how to increase the sale and consumption of legumes.
