Divinfood annual meeting and stakeholders days (Alvaiazere, Portugal)
Divinfood’s Stakeholder days took place in Alvaiazere, Portugal, this Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd.
It was a great opportunity to showcase the work being done within Divinfood to a diverse range of local and international stakeholders : farmers, actors of the food processing, institutional representatives, researchers,…
Our focus was on highlighting the activities of our Living Lab dedicated to grasspea (the GPea-Port Living Lab). During the event, participants had the chance to visit a farm and gain insights into the challenges and benefits of cultivating this remarkable legume through the firsthand experiences shared by local farmers. Additionally, they were able to explore the various applications of grasspea, including a visit to the Doce Felicidade bakery and a hands-on cooking workshop organized by CookingLab.
