The DIVINFOOD Nordic Living Labs took part in the Plant Food Festival in Copenhagen on 1–2 November 2025. The team hosted a DIVINFOOD stand featuring NUCs from Denmark and Sweden, offering consumer tastings of Nordic legumes such as lentils, faba beans, and lupins, and engaging visitors in discussions about crop diversity and sustainable food. This year’s festival welcomed more than 7,000 participants.

Plant Food Festival Denmark is a major showcase of organic and plant-based products. Featuring tastings, food stalls, industry talks, and networking opportunities, the festival caters to both professionals and the general public. It highlights how sustainable eating can be both healthy and deeply flavourful, paving the way for a greener food culture.
