As part of DIVINFOOD, a Community in Practice is being developed around the mild processing of legumes and cereals. It brings together researchers, food professionals, processors, students and consumers to share knowledge, exchange experiences and foster innovation.
Through regular online meetings and annual in-person events, the community creates a collaborative space to explore practical approaches to processing, with a particular focus on neglected or underused legumes and cereals.
